BioMMED Resources

BioMMED is a Division within the School of Veterinary Medicine, Louiisiana State University, Baton Rouge LA. It is financially supported by the School of Veterinary Medicine, the College of Basic Sciences, and the LSU Agricultural Center. BioMMED administers the NIH COBRE Center in Infectious Disease Research (CEIDR) as well as the Molecular/Cell Biology Core of  the IDeA Network for Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE) headquartered in the College of Basic Sciences and funded by NIH:NCRR . Dr. K. G. Kousoulas serves as director of BioMMED, Principal Investigator of the NIH:NCRR COBRE-CEIDR and Director of the Molecular/Cell Biology Core of the NIH:NCRR INBRE.
